Fair reporting from the BBC?
Scientific evidence continues to mount against the IPCC’s climate report, however, the media establishment usually ignores it. What a surprise to read from the BBC that, “for the last 11 years we have not observed any increase in global temperatures. And our climate models did not forecast it, even though man-made carbon dioxide, the gas thought to be responsible for warming our planet, has continued to rise.”
Suddenly we have acknowledgment from the BBC that climate and weather are governed by many natural causes including solar activity and ocean currents. They almost seem ready to acknowledge that computer models are no substitute for real world observation.
What happened to the science is settled, debate is over, to question is to betray our children’s future? Shall we now begin true scientific discourse in which all facts, questions and hypotheses are welcome? Shall we now endeavour to think before we act?
Has the climate bubble burst?
