UN global warming report heats up debate

A recent UN climate report claims to be more certain than ever that humans are responsible for so-called global warming. Dr. Roy Spencer, Principal Research Scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, disagrees, and here explains why: “First, the UN report almost completely ignores the recent 15 year lull in global warming, which calls into question the computer models they base their claims on. One of the most serious problems with this supposedly scientific report is its near total neglect of natural causes of climate change. Without understanding the natural causes, it’s impossible to know how much global warming humans are responsible for.”
