EPA continually stretches its authority far beyond anything Congress envisioned when it adopted laws designed to both empower and limit the agency’s authority.
The CEIP is but the latest example of bureaucratic overreach at EPA.

I have to disagree with you on that. The EPA isn’t run by a bunch of idiots. It is run by some very focused and fanatical people, who have a detailed plan on how to achieve their stated goal. One of those goals is to completely destroy any industrial capability that the country has. All in the name of “saving the planet”. The additional goals involve the harassment of individual family agricultural operations and other types of businesses, causing them to incur extreme financial and legal difficulties. All of which also aids in their main goal of the destruction of all industries in the country. In the eyes of these zealots,we humans are a pest to this planet, and must be reduced back to simple and small bands of hunter gatherers. They have been very successful in forwarding the means with which to achieve this goal, so I wouldn’t consider them a bunch of idiots at all. A dangerous bunch of anti-human zealots, hell bent on the destruction of all the things that make up modern man kind, yes. But idiots, no.
You could be right and, if you are, then that makes things more dangerous. I would like to believe it is incompetence rather than purposeful destruction of this once great nation.

Oh Ye of little understanding. A statement was made and you claim it to be false. Is it coincidental that its happening everywhere? It was planned and written in 1926 that these destructive changes would be made and I copied a section from the Frankfurt School resolutions a short while back. Or did I just make it up?
