“Climate Change Reconsidered” is a conference that featured prominent scientists like world renowned sea level expert Dr. Nils Axel Mörner discussing the fact that the scientific debate is not over and that economic analysis is more important than ever. The scientists expressed the view that global warming is not a crisis and that immediate action to reduce emissions is not necessary. This is, in fact, the emerging consensus view of scientists outside the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and most economists outside environmental advocacy groups.  The conference was the result of the collaborative efforts of the European Institute for Climate and Energy (EIKE)CFACT Europe, and several German non-profit organizations.
