Is the scientific debate over catastrophic global warming really over? Well not according to the Heartland Institute, which recently convened an impressive 100 scientists and experts from around the world to attend a New York City gathering to showcase another point of view. Comments conference organizer, James Taylor: “The 2008 International Conference on Climate Change was the first major international conference to challenge the mantra of global warming alarmism. More than 100 of the world’s foremost climate scientists and experts in related fields gave presentations demonstrating that global warming is not an imminent crisis and that the so-called scientific consensus that humans are causing a global warming crisis clearly does not exist.”
