President Trump and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin are repealing EPA’s “Endangerment Finding.”

This is important.

The Obama administration was willing to go to any length to advance their radical climate agenda. The Biden administration was just as bad.

They sought every way possible to bypass Congress, particularly substituting regulation by unelected bureaucrats for votes by the people’s representatives.

You wouldn’t want to let a little thing like the U.S. Constitution stand in the way of a good time!

The “Endangerment Finding” was the Obama EPA’s rule that CO2 and other greenhouse gases pose a danger to public health and must be regulated under the Clean Air Act. The Act, however, was designed to protect us from potentially harmful risks such as sulfur dioxide and particulates, not the odorless, invisible gas you just exhaled.

Repealing the “Endangerment Finding” is a bold and needed step to reform climate policy, protect our economy, and restore the constitutional separation of powers that keeps us free.
