From finances to raising children, there are a lot of pressures on couples these days. But according to certain psychologists, another emerging problem could be differing views on environmental lifestyle. Indeed, according to the New York Times, in households across the country, green lines are being drawn between couples who do, and don’t, like things such as driving SUV’s, recycling, and eating organic foods. In fact, the pressures are so great that a rising practice called “ecotherapy” has emerged to help couples sort through their differing environmental values. While no formal study has documented how frequent such clashes have become, it appears in many cases, being too Green can make your spouse pretty red!
