CFACT reported that the UN Green Climate Fund is both a bastion of waste and running out of other people’s money.
CFACT star researcher David Wojick dug deeper, and what he unearthed carries the stench of fraud.
“A database of Green Climate Fund (GCF) ‘projects’ reveals that almost none are actual projects. Most are just specialized junior funds. Each has a supposed emission reduction number, but these numbers are just fantasy guesses since no actual projects are involved. Thus, the GCF emission reduction claims are fraudulent.”
That’s right — despite a fortune of spending, GCF projects don’t break ground. There is no ground to break. They are financial fictions.
David explains that the “projects” “are financial, not physical. The Green Climate Fund claims to be delivering billions of tons of CO2 equivalent emission reductions over its project life cycles. The project numbers are completely fictitious.”
