About Kendall Svengalis (Edit profile)

Kendall Svengalis is the former RI State Law Librarian, Adjunct Professor of Library & Information Studies at the University of RI, retired, and, currently, President of New England LawPress. He is a member of the CT Chapter of the National Association of Scholars (NAS) and the author of five books, including the award-winning Legal Information Buyer’s Guide & Reference Manual, now in its 24th edition. He has studied both the science and politics of the global warming hysteria for 30 years.
