Marc Morano recently received an award for his work as editor of CFACT's Climate Depot website, which provides comprehensive information on breaking climate news and related environmental issues. The Petr Beckmann award was presented to Morano by Doctors for Disaster Preparedness (DDP). Jane Orient, the president of DDP, said the award is "given to those who speak out courageously, even though it might be politically incorrect, to support the truth that is essential for our progress in science.
