  4. James Andrews September 6, 2014 at 3:23 PM

The EPA can kiss our asses. Should they ever try to take our land, they will be starting the second American Revolution, and they will lose, for sure.

Any government agency will try to take as much power as they can get.

The NSA, IRS, EPA, Homeland Security, etc.

Time to cut back or dismantle these agencies that have grabbed power.

Keep in mind there are elections November 2014 and November 2016. It is essential the country retires those in government that support this takeover of all activities we are engaged. It will not be long before we are told the number of squares of toilet paper that may be used per sitting.
On top of this I am preparing for additional regulations on Halloween by passing out a carrot and piece of celery to trick-or-treaters visiting my well-decorated home this October 31. Michelle Obama has a mission of eliminating child obesity and abolishing candy and sweets is part of the program. You may want to show a protest to the government takeover of our lives by following my Halloween example.
James H. Rust, Professor of nuclear engineering
    P. S. After the shock of the green table of carrots and celery for children, I will have another area with traditional candy treats.

Looks like they consider everything that isn’t in the desert to be a wetland. I’ve already watched as the Fed and state environmental agencies have cost me the use of 20 acres of lakefront property that has been in my family since the 1930’s. We’ve spent around $100k already just trying to get a permit to put in a driveway and still don’t have it! Then we had state officials, who originally denied our permit against the order of a judge, retire from the state and then approach our realtor and try to solicit a bribe. If it weren’t for the other family members involved, I’d defy them all and run them off with a loaded gun. I may not win, but I guarantee I won’t be alone if I leave in a body bag. We have to fight these govt. land grabs any way necessary, including using deadly force.

Can bitch and moan all we want but they are doing as they please and as soon as they have their filthy way with gun laws we can kiss it off. They have a crucial element that todays “We the people”are lacking=ORGANIZATION= So dang vital and thats why the rich are getting richer and everyone else can go f urselves. These fools have no feelings,no regrets,no nada but some money and some organization and their ethics are strict but they DO NOT APPLY to us.

    • Hipshot60 September 30, 2014 at 12:23 AM

DC is correct. Just go to N.Y. and ask anyone on the street what they think about this and they won’t have a clue. All these cabinet offices need to be neutered. The map shown here for California in no way represents the water situation in this state. What a joke. I predict that by this time next year we will be in the middle of another revolution!

  9. Tpatriot September 6, 2014 at 4:05 PM

Defund the EPA! It doesn’t take a genius to solve a problem. Close their damn offices.

  10. 1bob September 6, 2014 at 4:21 PM

This is what you voted for, folks….now you can’t drill ’cause you’ll screw up their wetland. There’s a new rule coming down the pike..they’re going to control all the wet dreams as well….

    • Woody September 6, 2014 at 4:28 PM

Don’t blame us all. Even here in California, we still have some people with sanity. I didn’t vote for any of these idiots and I’m NOT about to do so.

Semper Fi to you. Not sure I want to kill them all, most of them aren’t worth the cost of the bullet.

  11. A concerned american September 6, 2014 at 4:40 PM

Did this start with Obama? We’ve never had so many loss of freedom since she was selected for office. The entire Mid East is nearly in flames because of this “messiah” and he seems to gloat over it and our troops are apparently having to return and do “everything over.”

    • J. Bailey December 12, 2014 at 3:31 PM

No – Hussein is just another Puppet but there IS an Agenda (21)…

  12. John OMalia September 6, 2014 at 8:06 PM

I wonder why lake Michigan is not wet. We got a little rain last night for the first time in a month. I left a bucket out and I got a green slip on my door from the EPA. I am now a wetland

  13. John OMalia September 6, 2014 at 8:08 PM

It looks like over 1/2 of the country is a rice paddy field.

  14. Bay0Wulf September 6, 2014 at 10:57 PM

Do keep in mind that these people ar “appointed” and not voted for. I’m not even completely sure that Congress gets to approve them. THe EPA started out as an agency to study and bring information to the Congress to act upon. They have, like most other Government Agencies, outgrown their charter and have been making “regulations” and enacting fines as though they have the right to do so.

The Law is that ONLY the Congress has the ability to enact Laws on a Federal Level

although Obama and many others seem to have forgotten this minor fact. It might come as very small consolation but … any “Law” enacted by any other agency than the Congress is ILLEGAL.

It won’t stop them from shooting at us, but at least we’ll know that we’re in the Right.

    • steve September 8, 2014 at 3:23 AM

shoot back and kill and not miss!!!

  15. fatman45 September 7, 2014 at 12:15 AM

What’s with all the gray areas in coastal New England, where all of the elites have their property? I see the new rule is being applied fairly, as usual!

    • Kma outdoor September 7, 2014 at 3:08 AM

      Notice Nevada =Harry Reid

      • steve September 8, 2014 at 3:34 AM

fuck reid !!!! long walk in the desert !!!!

    • Kma outdoor September 7, 2014 at 3:10 AM

EPA should be regulating Reid’s pants along with all his drooling

  16. ninetyninepct September 14, 2014 at 4:54 PM

The EPA is opening a huge can of legal worms. They claim authority, therefore they are totally responsible. If your “wetlands” dry up, sue them to replenish the water, if their water is polluted, sue them to clean up their water. They want to take control, therefore they have to be held responsible. Not enough water for cattle – SUE, not enough for fruit trees – SUE, not enough to fight fires – SUE, not enough for boating – SUE.

Since the EPA will be unable to maintain the amount, flow or purity of the water of moisture in all their “wetlands”, they will have to hire you to do that for them. Cost plus 15% seems like a good number. It will be amazing just how costly it will be for you to travel your own lands to check on their water. It will mean an individual contract for every one of you. Failure to pay you means an instant lawsuit seizing “their” land. When you sue, sue not just the EPA but the employees as well. Sue them personally as they are the ones making the decisions and rulings. Sue obama while you are at it as he is the one allowing this crap.
