Carl Langner is a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He received his Ph.D from the University of Florida in 1973. Carl worked as an Offshore Pipeline Engineer from 1966 to 1999 and a consulting engineer in Texas from 2000 to 2015. He currently resides in Colorado.
