EPA goes from Environmental Protection Agency to Extremist Political Agenda

The EPA's proposed Clean Power Plan, which by setting strict limits on the life-giving gas carbon dioxide would effectively shut down coal-fired power generation in the U.S., is an unconstitutional overreach, according to CFACT advisor Marita Noon. In his new book, The Deliberate Corruption of Climate Science, Canadian climatologist Tim Ball says his profession has been hijacked by a perverse political agenda whose chief backers have as their goal the de-industrialization of America. Maurice Strong, for example, has said that the only hope for the planet that the industrialized nations collapse, and that his job was to bring about this collapse. House panel hopes to air inconvenient truths about EPA’s ‘war on coal’

Rep. Ed Whitfield was set to grill Janet McCabe -- the EPA Assistant Administrator for the Office of Air and Radiation -- on the factual accuracy of statements in the agency's proposed rule governing carbon dioxide regulations for power plants. If only he also had called to testify a representative from the American Lung Association - which has received 591 EPA grants totaling over $43 million plus over 2,800 foundation grants totaling $76 million to ensure that they will never question the EPA's faulty science.

New Congress must rein in runaway EPA

With the President and the unaccountable regulatory agencies joined by the Supreme Court in declaring Congress to be irrelevant in governing America, it is time for Congress to raise itself up from the dead and reestablish itself as the sole creator of new laws. Risking lives and property to promote climate change hype

Australian climate professor Chris Turney put the lives of his fellow scientists and a host of Russian seamen at risk by his foolish attempt to "prove" that manmade global warming is destroying the East Antarctic ice sheet. But he is hardly the first arrogant fool to have to be rescued from a botched global warming stunt.
