Attendees at the United Nation's 25th annual climate conference (COP 25) in Madrid earlier this month concluded with little more than net-zero benefit alarmism and virtue-signaling based upon two very shaky scientific and technological foundations.

COP 25: UN climate talks collapse

Despite extending the conference into double overtime making it the longest COP ever, the UN was forced to adjourn without advancing the "rule book" for the Paris Climate Accord, or agreeing on a framework for an international carbon market.
